Sarah Iaquinta, M.A. - Coordinator of Marketing & Communications

Hi friends! My name is Sarah and I am a rising professional in higher education. I am passionate about working with college students and helping them strive to be the best version of themselves. I currently reside in Southwestern Pennsylvania, however, I am looking to relocate. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Gender & Women Studies from Washington & Jefferson College. During my time as an undergraduate, I joined the Pennsylvania Zeta chapter of Pi Beta Phi. I was actively involved in the chapter and Panhellenic community by serving in numerous leadership roles. Because of these experiences, I was inspired to pursue my masters degree in Student Service Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Outside of higher education, I enjoy serving my chapter as an alumna advisor, volunteering with my high school's musical productions, hanging out with friends and being a foodie. I am excited to work and connect with all of you!

MEGHAN GAFFNEY WELLS, M. ED - Project manager

Hey y'all! I'm Meghan. Education is woven into the fabric of who I am. I am a proud two-time Penn State University graduate, and my undergraduate experiences led me to higher education. Amanda was actually my first boss when I was hired as an RA in 2003! It's amazing to work with her again.

I worked in student affairs for ten years in residence life, parent programs, leadership development, student organizations, and fraternity/sorority life. I was a member of the Alpha chapter of Theta Kappa Pi as an undergraduate. Phi Mu absorbed my local group and later, as a Panhellenic advisor, my Phi Mus initiated me as an alumna. I think I appreciated it more as an advisor than I would have as a 20 year old.

I love providing keynotes, consulting on program development, and facilitation is my jam. I have been a Co-Lead Facilitator for LeaderShape since 2010. Learning students' stories throughout the US, Toronto, and Abu Dhabi has truly changed my life.

Today, I run my own Philly-based small business as an artist and calligrapher. I also freelance in digital marketing.

Most of my time is spent raising my two toddlers with my amazing husband. I love music, yoga, snuggling my cats, and being by the sea.
